The Pasadena City College baseball team snapped a 3-game, South Coast Conference losing streak behind a great relief job by lefty Alex Valencia and a patient offense that scored its final four runs without benefit of a single hit. Huge Extra Inning Heroics As Baseball Beats State #27 Golden West

The Pasadena City College baseball team led 4-0, 7-4, and 9-8 but were forced to extra innings on Thursday at state #27-ranked Golden West. In the 10th, the Lancers simply said enough was enough and put up a 7-spot to down the Rustlers, 15-8, and split their 2-game, non-conference series.

Baseball Erupts For Season-High 18 Hits In Rout At Barstow

Going back to early February, the Pasadena City College baseball team's offense had struggled to put runs on the board. The Lancers averaged just 4.2 runs during a 12-game stretch and the lack of offense showed in the results, just a 5-7 losing record between Feb. 5 through March 4.

Baseball Above .500 After Win Over West LA

The Pasadena City College baseball team is using solid pitching and defense to keep opponents down and there was more of that on Tuesday when the Lancers defeated West Los Angeles, 4-2, to end a 7-game homestand at their off-campus home--Brookside Park's Jackie Robinson Field.

Valencia, Encheff Shut Down Merced Bats In Baseball Home Win

Southpaw starter Alex Valencia and righty reliever Landon Encheff combined to allow just eight hits as the Pasadena City College baseball team evened its record to 4-4 with a 4-2 victory over Merced on Saturday.

Participation Game Goes Baseball's Way

If the game of baseball was decided on participation, visiting Victor Valley College would have won going away v. Pasadena City College. Fortunately for the Lancers, while the Rams managed to play what is likely a community college record of 36 players, PCC concentrated on putting runs on the board and walked away with a 17-3 win on Tuesday afternoon.

Baseball Foiled From SoCal Challenge Title By LA Valley

The Pasadena City College baseball team played its third home game at Brookside Park's Jackie Robinson Field in three days on Saturday, but suffered a 12-3 loss to Los Angeles Valley as the Monarchs won the SoCal Challenge Tournament title.

Winning At Citrus An Annual Result For PCC Baseball As 2026 Season Begins

For the seventh straight season going back to 2019, the Pasadena City College baseball team recorded its first victory on the road against the same opponent--Citrus. But Saturday's 5-4 win for the Lancers was the closest the Owls have challenged the Lancers.
