Football Closes 9-1 Regular Season, Finish Undefeated 5-0 in APL Play

The Pasadena City College football team once again relied on its defense to complete a 9-1 regular season as the undefeated champions of the SCFA American Pacific League at 5-0. PCC used two big plays with a blocked punt for one touchdown an interception return for another to get by host Los Angeles Valley, 30-22, on Saturday afternoon.

PCC Football Clinches SCFA American Pacific League Title

The Pasadena City College football team clinched at least a tie for the SCFA American Pacific League championship with a 37-0 win over Glendale at Robinson Stadium on Saturday night. PCC is 8-1 overall and 4-0 in league play with one game remaining v. 1-3 Los Angeles Valley.

Battle of Unbeatens Goes Chaffey Way As #18 Football Suffers 1st Loss

The two best teams of the SCFA American Division appropriately faced each other on Saturday in a collision course between undefeated and state #18-ranked Pasadena City College and it's 4-0 counterpart in unranked Chaffey. It was the host Panthers who created more big plays in producing 24 straight points to down the visiting Lancers, 31-21.

Response To Adversity Propels #22 Football To 4th Straight Win

After an evenly played first quarter, the state #22-ranked Pasadena City College football team hoped to find a way to pull away from its Saturday night opponent Victor Valley. Tied 7-7, matters were made worse for the Lancers when wide receiver Drushun Phillips was on the receiving end of an illegal hit following a catch in VVC territory.

Football Offense Continues To Soar In COD Victory

The Pasadena City College football team is piling up points and yards as it continues its trek through the American Division of the SCFA. The Lancers totaled 582 yards, a high for Director of Football Operations/Head Coach Robert Tucker in his third season, and rolled over host College of the Desert, 59-13, Saturday night.
