For the fifth straight season, the Pasadena City College women's basketball team placed a player on the All-State Team. Transfer sophomore center Tena Ikidi was chosen to the '22-23 First Team after leading the state in total rebounds with a PCC school-record 468.

Although eliminated in Round 2 of the SoCal Regionals on Saturday, the Pasadena City College women's basketball team can look back at a 2022-2023 season that saw the squad place second in the South Coast Conference North Division, set some program records, and successfully return to the postseason.

Rio Hondo College outscored the Pasadena City College women's basketball team, 24-4, in a game-changing third quarter and it resulted in a 75-64 loss by the Lancers on Coaches v. Cancer Night at Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium. The Roadrunners sent PCC to its fourth consecutive defeat.
