Men's Basketball Makes It 2 Straight, Downs Mt. SAC

The Pasadena City College men's basketball team is trying to finish the 2017-18 season with a flourish. The Lancers won their second straight South Coast Conference North Division game, and defeated host Mt. San Antonio for the second time this season, 75-59, Friday night.

Downtown Brown Helps Men's Cagers Break Losing Streak

Freshman guard Justin Brown flashed back memories of NBA legend "Downtown" Freddie Brown with his long-range shooting on Coaches v. Cancer Night. In a 16-minute span of the second half, Brown came off the bench and burned the net for seven 3-point bombs for all 21 of his points as his Pasadena City College Lancers broke an 8-game losing streak, defeating LA Trade Tech, 74-62, at Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium.

Men's Hoops' Home Scoring Low Matched In Mt. SAC Loss

Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium has been the home court for the Pasadena City College men's basketball team since opening its doors in the 1999-2000 season. On Wednesday night, the Lancers matched a dubious mark for lowest points total at the HP Gym in a 58-40 defeat against Mt. San Antonio College.

Another 6th For Men's Basketball At Cuesta Tourney

The good news for the Pasadena City College men's basketball team was that it was able to play into the final day of all five of its pre-conference tournaments this season thus playing 15 of a possible 15 contests. The not-so-good news was that PCC lost the opener in all five tourneys and went 2-3 in consolation title finals.
