Lancers Football Sends Standout Class to the Next Level

PASADENA, CA — Pasadena City College Football continues its tradition of developing student-athletes for the next level, with 20 members of the 2025 squad committing or transferring to four-year colleges and universities across the country.

The group features student-athletes headed to NCAA Division I (FBS and FCS), Division II, Division III, and NAIA programs, highlighting the Lancers' continued success in preparing players both athletically and academically for the next stage of their careers.

Leading the class are three NCAA Division I FBS transfers: Javery Mayberry (Southern Mississippi), Jasun Ridley (Akron), and Vic Rodarte (California). The Lancers also produced seven NCAA Division I FCS transfers, including Noah Triplett (Lindenwood), Max Grizzell (Utah Tech), Jake Kim (East Texas A&M), Maddux Mateski (Drake), Raymond Marshall (Drake), Noah Raab (Stetson), and Teva Loft (Presbyterian).

At the NCAA Division II level, Gabe Ambrose (Charleston), Josh Meza (New Mexico Highlands), Sione Suliafu (Colorado Mesa), Domingo Cleveland III (Midwestern State), Roe McKinney (Ouachita Baptist), and Aiden Wood (Western Colorado) will continue their collegiate careers.

Additional transfers include Cedric Allen II (Ottawa University), Jake Adkins, Deon Mitchell (Azusa Pacific), and Jonathon Meza (Azusa Pacific).

"I'm incredibly proud of this team and everything they've accomplished together," Head Coach Robert Tucker said. "Our greatest success isn't just measured by wins and losses—it's measured by the opportunities our student-athletes create for themselves. 

"I'm especially excited for those who have earned the chance to transfer to four-year universities. Their success reflects countless hours of hard work, sacrifice, and belief in one another—they have won the invisible moments. They'll always be part of the Lancer Family, and we're excited to watch them continue chasing their dreams."

Coach Tucker added that several additional members of the 2025 squad are expected to announce their transfer destinations in the coming months.

The breadth of destinations reflects the continued growth of Pasadena City College Football as a launching pad for student-athletes pursuing opportunities at the next level while continuing their academic and athletic journeys.
