Triplett Tops Football All-SCFA Selections

Freshman running back Noah Triplett was the lone All-SCFA National Central League First Team selection as an all-purpose and kick returner from the 2025 Pasadena City College football team. Triplett and 11 Second Team players lead the Lancers into Saturday's Golden State Bowl at Citrus College.

Triplett is sixth in the state in all-purpose yardage at 136.9 per game, seventh in kick return yards, and eighth in return average at 33.4 yards per attempt. The 5-foot-9 Triplett also led the Lancers in rushing (441 yards) and in receptions with 35 (180 yards). He twice returned kickoffs for touchdowns. 

Guided by Director of Football Operations/Head Coach Robert Tucker, PCC was ranked #23 on the final regular season State Top 25 coaches poll.

ALL-SCFA SECOND TEAM ROLL CALL

  • Coleman Morning, sophomore inside linebacker: Lancers team leader in tackles with 69 and sacks with four plus one TD interception return 
  • Desi Valdes, freshman safety: led defensive backs with 10 pass breakups, made 37 tackles, one interception, one blocked kick
  • Jasun Ridley, sophomore defensive tackle: 45 tackles, 1.5 sacks, two blocked kicks, two breakups
  • Gabriel Sulaiman, freshman linebacker: 54 tackles, two sacks, five breakups
  • Ethan Bowser, sophomore outside linebacker: 39 tackles, one interception
  • Sione Suliafu, sophomore defensive end: 20 tackles, two sacks/2-time All-SCFA selection
  • Javery Mayberry, freshman tight end: led team in scoring with seven touchdowns; 26 receptions, 346 yards, 13.3 per catch
  • Jake Adkins, sophomore offensive lineman: helped PCC total 400 offensive yards per game
  • Ethan Hubbell, freshman wide receiver: 32 receptions, led team in receiving yards with 556; 17.4 average, six TDs
  • Maddux Mateski, sophomore wide receiver: 27 receptions, 331 yards, 12.3 average, three TDs
  • Jagg Richer, freshman wide receiver/holder: 31 receptions, 347 yards, 11.2 average, two TDs, two 2-point conversion runs, one conversion pass

MORNING NAMED WEEK #10 SCFA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Morning received the SCFA Defensive Player of the Week #10 Award after he made five tackles, a sack, and returned an interception 39 yards for a touchdown in PCC's 60-3 rout over Orange Coast.
