Top tier FCS commits include outside linebacker Torriq Brumfield to South Dakota, cornerback Idrique Carmichael to North Dakota, defensive lineman Julius Ray to UC Davis, inside LB Jachai Pulley to Incarnate Word (San Antonio, Texas), inside LB Kyden Bailey to Presbyterian College (Clinton, South Carolina), offensive lineman Julian Navarrete to North Alabama, and placekicker/punter Ozlo Rigby to East Texas A&M.
The list continues with D2 commits being safety Eli Moulton to Fort Hays State (Kansas), CB Dominic Grand to Truman State (Kirksville, Missouri), and OL Michael Juarez to Lake Erie College (Painesville, Ohio). Going to D3 institutions are RB Micah Mendoza to La Verne, quarterback Kaden Taylor, WR Greg Moore, and OL Jericho Martinez all to Cal Lutheran, and both WR Jordan Rodriguez and ILB Alexander Arroyo to Wittenberg (Springfield, Ohio).
Heading to NAIA colleges to play are OLB Ayden White to Simpson University (Redding), WR Drushun Phillips to Briar Cliff (Sioux City, Iowa), and OL Christopher Ortiz to Mounty Marty (Yankton, South Dakota).
"We're excited about this group of transfers, especially considering the success we had with them as almost all played two years for us," said PCC Director of Football Operations/Head Coach Robert Tucker. "It's a testament to their hard work and to our coaching staff as we value the mission to get our student-athletes to continue their educations and playing careers at the university level. There are more than 10 other players that we plan on moving. Our incoming freshmen can also take from this that they have bright futures by coming here to be part of a rich history at PCC."
Led by '23 JC Gridiron All-American/SCFA American Pacific League Defensive MVP Carmichael, '24 Region IV Offensive MVP/All-American Mendoza, and other top talents in players like 2-time, All-SCFA performers Brumfield, Ray, Navarrete, and Pulley, PCC went undefeated at 11-0 this past season and 20-2 with two APL titles over this 2-season run.
